Continuous Improvement Manager

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIP

Reports to: Plant Manager

Supervises: Not Applicable

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and organize all activities related to Continuous Improvement Teams
  • Coordinate follow-up activities related to Continuous Improvement Team events.
  • Establish measurable and a system for continuous improvement and maintain this system.
  • Report cost reduction activities and opportunities on a monthly basis.
  • Assist in general problem solving and training in all areas of the plant.
  • Coordinates the AQP Team for all new products, prototypes and tool replacements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Industrial Engineering Degree

TS-16949 Quality Systems Management

Background in Problem Solving Techniques

TRAINING/SKILLS:

Minimum 5 years Industry experience.

Computer literate.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
