Help Desk Technicians

Provalus is looking for competent¬ Help Desk Technicians¬ to provide fast and useful technical assistance for our end clients. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.

An excellent Help Desk Technician must have a good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated.

  • Knowledge of Anti-virus applications

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
